Must stay!
"After a stay at a previous hotel that had a broken pool and hot tub, we were disappointed to find that the pump on the pool and hot tub had gone out the morning prior to our arrival. I made a comment about our last hotel having the same issue and how much we were looking forward to the hot tub, the front desk personnel offered us an upgrade to a suite with personal jacuzzi. It was amazing! We were also please that the curtains actually blocked the outside light and the room was very dark (just the way we like it) at night, no pesky mystery lights.
The staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy, I absolutely didn't want to get out of it. We had stayed here in the past when it was the Radisson, this was the first time since it changed to Thousand Hills."
