B&B in Missouri

"After a stay at a previous hotel that had a broken pool and hot tub, we were disappointed to find that the pump on the pool and hot tub had gone out the morning prior to our arrival. I made a comment about our last hotel having the same issue and how much we were looking forward to the hot tub, the front desk personnel offered us an upgrade to a suite with personal jacuzzi. It was amazing! We were also please that the curtains actually blocked the outside light and the room was very dark (just the way we like it) at night, no pesky mystery lights. The staff were very friendly. Bed was super comfy, I absolutely didn't want to get out of it. We had stayed here in the past when it was the Radisson, this was the first time since it changed to Thousand Hills."

"This has been our third or fourth stay here. My family loves staying here when we see Monster Jam or if we have medical appointments. A few things that keeps us coming back back is the the staff. The front staff are amazing. There is a lady she has long braids and she is always there when I check in the evening and she is AMAZING everytime. I came in this time and she recognized who I was. The hotel could use some updates but who cares! The breakfast is amazing and they have WiFi which you don’t have to pay for! Thank you for another amazing stay and we will see you soon!! "

"Thanks to the very nice young lady at the front desk the time of check-in - my stay was even more amazing! I informed her that I was there for Thanksgiving but to also celebrate my birthday. She said, oh well I have something to make it more special! When I got to my room, I had an amazing view of the Arch!! Thank you , thank you - for making my trip to the Lou even more special! "

"Was a pleasant stay "

"We stayed at 21C for an overnight getaway. The check in was seamless- the staff was very friendly. Our room was beautiful and clean (was missing body wash but it was quickly rectified). The robes were luxurious, a really nice touch. We enjoyed all of the amenities at the hotel; the pool, hot tub and sauna (all clean and enjoyable), the "nightcap at the museum" and the art museum as well. We had a reservation at the restaurant (best burger in town!) and went back to the bar for dessert and drinks later in the evening (I wish dessert was better). In the morning we went to the coffee shop for breakfast (so delicious!). Everything we needed was right there. The only negatives were; the pillows were not comfortable, the cups in the room for coffee were disposable and not mugs (I prefer mugs and that's what's shown on the website) and I wish parking wasn't so expensive. Overall, a really wonderful experience- we will definitely stay at the 21C again."

"Omelets, fried eggs and waffles made to order at breakfast were a highlight. This hotel was an amazing value for the price. They are remodeling but it did not impact our stay at all. Covered garage parking with in and out for $6 a day. Pool looked clean although we did not use. Temperature controls in room were responsive. Our room had a Moen electronic control shower which was super cool. Our floor was basically quiet my only suggestion for the hotel is to work on soundproofing, could hear noise from hallways, perhaps at bottom of doors? Very satisfied, would return here in a heartbeat"

"The property was beautiful. The staff was friendly. My room was everything. I will be rebooking here for a date later this year, so we can bring the children next time. "
