Dont remember her name but the nice young lady with blonde hair who checked me in on April 29th around 1800 hrs was so nice, professional and corteous... Even before check-in she was messaging me prior my arrival asking if I needed special acomodations or requests... She also offered me the "Militaty Rate" once she saw my Military ID upon check-in helping me save some money... Those experiences are the ones who will made me recommend this hotel.... Best place in Overland Park....

Staff was great. Property not so much. No elevator for a 70 yr old man and a 450lb person being put on the 3rd floor is dumb. The sink never drained the whole trip and the ice machine was out to. U need to give 3 days notice for a room clean is ridiculous. I would not recommend a person stay here and nor will I again.

This hotel is quite literally the worst i have EVER seen. Its dirty, in disrepair, and unsafe. When i arrived, the hotel lobby was locked with a note on the door saying, "the lobby is locked from 10 pm to 10 am for your protection". I was originally booked for 3 nights and left a few hours after checkin. DONT DO IT!
