"The room was as promised, and the bathroom was wonderful. However, have fun getting hot water from the bathroom sink. Shower was great. The only drawback is it was a Non-Smoking room, but boy did it smell of cigarettes. Alerted the front desk, was there a few days. When the weekend came the someone was smoking in the area as our room smelled again. Would stay again, but bring a room freshener with me. "

"When reading on the website about the property, it boasted newly renovated rooms, with pictures that matched what you would expect. Our room, however, was not located in the newly renovated portion, so it was not to our expectations."

"Definitely a unique train-themed property. Beautiful and well-kept interior. Comfortable room. Disappointed with dining/hanging out options reduced to zero after 10pm (concert lasted until 10:15pm) on a Friday night. Since we aren’t gamblers there wasn’t anything to do but head back to our room. "

"The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so our room definitely was in need of new furniture, new mattress, and new bedding. Our “fitted sheet” wouldn’t stay on bed and sheets were literally thinner than paper. The tv remote was difficult to use and no channel guide was available. Only one remote worked. Looking forward to staying here again once the remodel is complete. Great location for anything we wanted to do in the area. "

"Outside of the hotel it’s super loud luckily you can’t hear any traffic inside your room it was magical and close too f325 bbq worth checking out!!!"

"Brock was incredible. He took the time to give us an impromptu room tour and had tid bits about the rooms and property that was interesting. Hope he is around when we revisit. Great room and breakfast was well done. High marks all around. We had a excellent weekend"
