We visited KC for the first time for an event at T-Mobile Center. I’m glad we stayed here. Walking to the event, restaurants, anywhere in downtown was super easy. Everyone at the hotel was friendly. The room was updated and the bedding was comfortable. The parking was easy. I’ll come back to this hotel when I get a chance to visit KC again.

We arrived before check-in. The staff was experiencing an internet outage that was effecting several blocks of the city. In spite of the stress, the staff was super helpful and got us into our room early. Valet was quick, friendly and helped flag our Ubers. Bar was well stocked and fun. Recommend!

The staff was friendly however the parking is extremely limited and if you use valet you get charged by the day. Also the towels had hairs on it which I honestly thought it was not hygienic. My family and I got a room with a view of an abandoned building which was not very pleasant to wake up to. Breakfast is available with a charge. But other than the building being in an inconvenient location the staff was very kind and helpful.

The check in process was easy. Parking was around the corner if you did not want to do valet parking. Our parking was only $12/night. Room was spacious. Room had lots of lighting available. No view out of the window, but no lights shining in either. We would stay again when needed.

Valet parking
The room was good. The valet parking was just plain awful. The night we arrived the parking guy was amazing. How ever the next morning was just plain terrible. I was not given message to call for my car i went to the valet and let them know i needed my car they acted like they could not find it went to the front desk to check out and he said he would let them know were ready. After waiting for 25 minutes we still sid not have our car. I went back to the desk and they said someone must be getting it Went back again to ask and told them we had lunch reservations and were going to be late After i made a phone call while standing by the valet desk suddenly they found my keys and went to retrieve my car. Very poor service and left a bad taste to an otherwise great stay.
