"I have stayed here many times. It has a nice location near KU med center. It has shopping center and restaurants nearby. It has easy access to the interstate.It's actually located in a somewhat quiet area. It has been showing signs of age though lately."

"I have stayed at other motels in the immediate vicinity that did not come up to the quality of this motel. The free breakfast actually had a number of hot choices including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles made fresh by customer and a number of other items. Other motels have cut back on this option, but there aren't many restaurants in the immediate area so...Add that to comfortable beds and quiet rooms."

"The parking was a little tight. Everything else is good "

"The staff was very good. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is in the process of remodeling so our room definitely was in need of new furniture, new mattress, and new bedding. Our “fitted sheet” wouldn’t stay on bed and sheets were literally thinner than paper. The tv remote was difficult to use and no channel guide was available. Only one remote worked. Looking forward to staying here again once the remodel is complete. Great location for anything we wanted to do in the area. "

"Driving in Kansas City was so easy and Fairfield Inn was right in the center of our wish list. Miranda? Was great,friendly and informative. The young man that checked us out was also a great personable young man"
