"I reserved a 2-bedroom suite for my friends and I to stay for a long weekend, attending a conference. My friends and I were stunned to find the room surpassed all expectation. The room was truly beautiful, the beds (even the sofa pull out) were beyond comfortable, and the showers/bath were as if in a sound-proof shell. My friend used the shower directly against my bedroom and I couldn't hear the water at all! Amazing! And the Carriage Place is centrally located, yet off the beaten path. I'll...

"A little sparse on kitchen supplies but everything was clean. Shower drain was clogged, but they quickly fixed it and replaced a lightbulb. Carpet was a little stained and dirty. But bed was clean and overall good experience."

"Kelly and Marty were attentive but not intrusive. The place was so lovely and quaint. We enjoyed the bottle of wine...what a treat after a day of travel and shopping. It is such a neat location, and I enjoyed my walk through unique architecture and historic homes. We enjoyed the transformation book and how the space came to be. I ended up having to work for several hours and truly appreciated the internet speed. We have this location saved for future trips. Thanks!!!!!"

"This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys are 10 & 12 and especially loved the Pac-Man game. The location was great to get to everywhere we wanted. We did hear about crime concerns for St. Louis prior to arriving but felt safe staying here. (We didn’t experience any issues during our trip, but we were sure to not leave anything off value in our vehicle.) If we visit St. Louis in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay so much at this little VRBO. The apartment is as described. Had a coffee/tea maker, sink, mini-electric stove, full size refrigerator, futon, privacy blinds or windows open. It was perfect for the two of us. We had never explored the Branson Landing before and it's only 2 blocks away. We walked there in no time and enjoyed our stay immensely. Recommend! "

"The apartment was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom wall does not go all the way to the ceiling so sound from the kitchen/living room travels. There is a second bedroom with a queen bed and the couch is large enough for one person to sleep on. We brought an extra blanket. "I’ve never had a host who responded more promptly than Robert. 👍👍 This was great considering we had an issue that required a speedy response. The unit is in the lovely, quiet Lafayette Park area with plenty of free parking. As other reviews stated you can hear the people upstairs but for us this was not disruptive. The place was kind of bare bones with regard to essentials: no bath mat, no dish rack or clean sponge, and a broom that looks like it’s been through the wringer. TV had no access to...

"This property was so fun yall. The basketball game and shuffleboard table. Toys for my little one. Nice old clawfoot bathtub. Wine in the fridge and coffee provided. Clean floors and right in the downtown fulton area so you can walk to restaurants and shops. This little place was a gem. You should check it out."
