I called what I believed as the front desk phone to comfirm check in time. Gave my confirmation number and was told that booking was still pending and not completed as theyhad no vacancies. I arrived late anyways after called for a refund and was told the room was still there, that I never showed up. Then I arrived after my long trip, I was told my room had been cancelled and a $197 dollar refund was being put on my card. My card was charged $252 and no refund ever showed.

Only issue we had was the heat was broken in the room. Found a maid around midnight to get us a blanket. When we brought it to the attention of the front desk, the gentleman said too bad we prepaid thru Expedia.. they couldn't and wouldn't do anything to compensate us.

Roaches, roaches, roaches!! Had to throw an absolute fit in the lobby to get changed rooms once the roaches came out when the lights went off. Get my some up and move rooms in the middle of the night and wasn't even offered so much as an apology let alone a refund of any sort. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY!
