"This is very conveniently located to the arena and they were very accommodating to all requests. Would stay here again if I was in town."

"The property is well maintained and very attractive. A ton of restaurants, shopping and entertainment options are within 5-10 minutes, but the resort is tucked away in a quiet area. The room was spacious and very clean. There is a spa, pool and fitness center in a building across the parking lot. My daughter and I took advantage of a couple spa services during our stay which we enjoyed. The only area for improvement was the bottles of body wash, shampoo, etc were affixed to the wall and the body wash was empty. The front desk sent someone to refill while we were out. The next day we learned the conditioner bottle was empty. Easy fixes, but could be a good reminder for cleaning staff to keep them full. A small issue with all the other good things. We would definitely stay again. "

"Very friendly, helpful and caring staff. Front-desk and guest services members were exceptional. The room had a distinct smoking odor because the previous guests had broken the hotel rule by smoking in a non-smoking room. Ernesto moved us to a different room the next day. "
