Staff was great, rooms and halls clean. Bed and linens were nice and comfy. Bathroom was big, but very dated. Parking was horrible, worst I have ever seen at a hotel. $30 per night to park, plus you have to drive all the way around the block from the lot, to pick up someone waiting in the lobby Carpet is very old and dingy, looks like it is from the 90's, Paint on the walls is chipping off everywhere. Furniture is super old, at least 25 years or more. The breakfast was, eh, not bad, not great. No after hours food(awkward hours on a Sunday), no room service. Walls are paper thin, can hear every noise. I won't use this hotel again.

When I arrived to my room half the lights didnt work! Then went to take a shower and water sprayed everywhere. Also the shower had mold around it!

Nice location. Beautiful interior. Mid exterior. Terrible accessibility when it comes to entrances. Terrible parking situation, definitely not worth $29 a night if you have littles and have to carry them out in the freezing cold and walk a distance to get inside the property. Overall decent place if you don’t have a POV to worry about.

Limited number of dining options but the food was good. Front desk staff member, Jennifer was incredibly helpful and Maria, household staff did a great job. A large, busy hotel as it is also a convention centre and the upper level rooms were in need of some TLC.

Dining: I arrived in between the eating areas closing and reopening so couldn’t get a late lunch. The shop did have snacks however. Room:The room is clean but looking in need of an overhaul and it took a while to get the heating sorted out. Bed really comfortable. Booking: was straight forward and as I had decided to stay for an extra night, the desk staff ere very helpful.

We have stayed at this location several times and like the proximity to the airport and the shuttle service. The hotel is looking a bit worn, specifically in the rooms. But facility is clean. Shuttle driver very friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast.
