So loud in my room, from various things. I felt like there wasn’t any nose insulation at all. The shower wouldn’t get very warm and even stopped half way through my shower. The carpet in the room had weird patches in it. I felt the pool area wasn’t the most kept up

Conveniently located next to the O’Hare airport. Only a 5-10 minute shuttle ride. I definitely recommend this place if you are ever traveling to Chicago and need a place to stay.

Room was very quiet, slept great- comfortable beds. The bathrooms are larger than most hotels, hotel seems new or newly remodeled. Easy check in, nice staff. My favorite part- the best shuttle service out of any hotel near Ohare. You can count on that van every 40 minutes, maybe even sooner since it was a sunday, that's why we stay here!

Great stay. Easy going, laid-back, staff were amazing. Shout-out to Ian! You are cool as heck! Only downside was there was no shower gel... Plenty of shampoo and conditioner, but no shower gel! Also, recommend offering decaf coffee!
