"The room was nice and clean. The young lady at the front desk was amazing! The pool area does need to be cleaned more throughout the day. The lady who was the bartender was rude, but the breakfast attendee was so nice and sweet! "

"We planned a quick little mom's day away and booked with the Holiday Inn Chicago. We had an issue with our actual room's temperature. We had turned on the AC to cool the room down some and it ended up getting up to 80 degrees in our room. Then we flipped it over to heat and then that's when the cooler air would blow. It was strange but that was the only issue we really ran into. "

"Happy hour and breakfast were a big hit with everyone. Pool is small and heavily chlorinated. Rooms are clean and well kept. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall we would definitely stay again."

"Probably the best option in the area in terms of maintenance and amenities. The place is new, has breakfast and dinner at the on site bar and access to Lifetime fitness down the street while staying. There is a small gym on site. Has a little snack shop next to the desk, a laundry facility (evidently) and is right by the other restaurants on Higgins. No business center (as listed) being the only downside. The one pc in the lobby was broken. Fantastic black out shades. Zero clue what time...

"Workers are so kind, I brought my dog and the workers loved him. I had to switch my room because lady bugs kept getting in, but they switched me right away to a better view! I will be coming back again for sure! Btw this place has a lot LOT of walking. Especially from lobby to rooms!"
