"This hotel is how an older building should be modified for a hotel . I have stayed at other hotels downtown in several cities and normally extremely small rooms and high prices and outdated amenities. This hotel was perfect blend of our work charm and modem day peeks blended into one. Oversized room in our corner suite and nice size jetted tub in a 1950s style marbled tile finished around the double vanity and tub it self. Very comfortable bed and bedding . "The hotel was really nice. The staff was all exceptional. We had a problem with the 4th floor where our rooms where smelling of smoke from the wood burning fire pizza oven on the 8th floor. The hallway and the rooms smelled of this smoke. We couldn't be moved due to hotel mostly full. The front desk did try to make it a better situation with providing a complementary breakfast for all four of us. When I got home my clothes in my suitcase even smelled of the smoke.
