"Overall, I had a very positive experience during my stay at the Westin Cincinnati. The aspects that make a hotel stay truly comfortable – likely service, cleanliness, and general amenities – were great, and I enjoyed my time here. "Was not my favorite property , everything was closed and not the best area"

"Staff was good. Property in general is old and needs a lot of updates. Hallways are very dark. Room in general seemed clean, but the hair dryer exterior surface was super dirty and sticky. Easy walk to the MainStrasse area. We did not eat at the restaurants. I’d probably stay at a more updated property if in Covington sgain. "
