I have stayed at other hotels downtown in several cities and normally extremely small rooms and high prices and outdated amenities. This hotel was perfect blend of our work charm and modem day peeks blended into one. Oversized room in our corner suite and nice size jetted tub in a 1950s style marbled tile finished around the double vanity and tub it self. Very comfortable bed and bedding . And HVAC was easily controlled and...

"My husband has Parkinson's and he had difficulty several times when in the lobby and restaurant area and staff were very kind and helpful when we needed it. The room was nice and clean and quiet, we picked further down the end of the hall and it was wonderful. It was very close to everything we needed during our stay and didn't have to walk at much."

"Mattress was good but had a slight indentation. Heat system was a little loud. We had a nice view. They have a new elevator system which doesn't let you press button in the elevator which was a little confusing. Overall it was ok."

"The person at the reception desk seemed completely disinterested in his job, as if he was being bothered by the fact that we were checking in (granted, we were checking in after 11 p.m., but I would expect a more welcoming check-in after a flight). The room needed a little bit of a facelift. There was also construction going on across the street at night making it impossible to sleep."
