"The staff is amazing here at the Hotel Covington! The rooms are well decorated and luxurious. Extremely clean and well kept property. Coppins restaurant inside is great the food is incredibly good. Will definitely be back!"

"The hotel was really nice. The staff was all exceptional. We had a problem with the 4th floor where our rooms where smelling of smoke from the wood burning fire pizza oven on the 8th floor. The hallway and the rooms smelled of this smoke. We couldn't be moved due to hotel mostly full. The front desk did try to make it a better situation with providing a complementary breakfast for all four of us. When I got home my clothes in my suitcase even smelled of the smoke. You could tell it...
