Decent breakfast. Clean hotel. Nice kitchen area in the room with enough space for all the kids to have their own spot. Only complaint was hotel lady at the front desk seemed like she needed to be somewhere else. Seemed like an annoyance that we were checking in. Later, around four my kids asked if they could have a chocolate chip cookie (they were there at check in but by the time we put luggage away they were gone an hour later when we came down). She rudely said “no there is only enough for the people at checkin” to which I replied “well six of us checked in just a little while ago so there should be enough”. She seemed very annoyed by us.

The guests across the hall from us left a dog in their room. It barked incessantly and loudly from 9-1130 p.m. Repeated calls to the desk resulted in a less-than helpful attitude, telling us the guests "just stepped out for dinner and would be back shortly". Not sure how she could determine that. We were offered to move, which would have been disruptive and inconvenient at that hour. Although the person at the desk said she tried to reach the guests on their cell phones, the barking continued. A baby down the hall cried the whole time. Not sure what could have been done with inconsiderate guests who abandon a dog for hours in a strange place, but the hotel could have been more understanding of our problem.

The staff were excellent and very friendly. Our room was very clean and very quiet. The continental breakfast was adequate. However the lady kept everything on the breakfast bar well stocked and clean.
