"We were a family of 9 adults and every single person in our group talked about how impressed we all were with this hotel. The location, the food, the cleanliness, the amenities, the atmosphere, the decor - almost everything was 5 star. The only thing I would change is the mattress - it was uncomfortable and every time my husband or I moved the whole mattress would wobble. The waitstaff working at the function we attended definitely need more training about how to talk to each other in front of the guests. But that's negligible. I would stay at the Monterey Plaza Hotel and Spa again and again. It is excellent."

"This is double tree. They are always my choice when I travel. Cherry is very nice and greeting us with a warm welcome. The room is a lit bit small but the view is gorgeous. A must go hotel."
