"I would definitely return to The Hills Inn Eagle Rock. I checked in at 11:30pm and everything went smoothly. The rooms were large and clean. All staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel was sold out on my last night, it was still quiet. The hotel continental breakfast was extensive and well-managed. The hotel moved the breakfast start time earlier one day to accommodate guests attending two large nearby events. I thought I had left my Ipad behind when I checked out....

"Christina, the onsite manager, is friendly but there is a huge communication barrier. And she plays it to her advantage. She is very friendly and tries to be helpful but I don’t think it’s appropriate for her to come knocking on the window at 10pm, in the middle of your stay, to ask you a question. There’s a reason and purpose for the messaging system here on hotels.com but she doesn’t use it. She never even called me. She knocked on my door and window two separate times during my stay, both...
