"Christina, the onsite manager, is friendly but there is a huge communication barrier. And she plays it to her advantage. She is very friendly and tries to be helpful but I don’t think it’s appropriate for her to come knocking on the window at 10pm, in the middle of your stay, to ask you a question. There’s a reason and purpose for the messaging system here on hotels.com but she doesn’t use it. She never even called me. She knocked on my door and window two separate times during my stay, both...

"We had a great stay here. Christine was super friendly, helpful and a pleasure to talk with. This unit was super clean and stocked with everything you should need other than food. The neighbors were very friendly as well. The unit was beautiful, cozy and comfortable. Thanks Christine!"
