"Christina, the onsite manager, is friendly but there is a huge communication barrier. And she plays it to her advantage. She is very friendly and tries to be helpful but I don’t think it’s appropriate for her to come knocking on the window at 10pm, in the middle of your stay, to ask you a question. There’s a reason and purpose for the messaging system here on hotels.com but she doesn’t use it. She never even called me.
