"We strongly recommend this property for families looking to experience a bit of forest resort life in Costa Rica. Regarding the hotel itself, the bathroom was excellent - strong water pressure and high-quality toiletries. The staff were very responsive; they immediately fixed the wifi after we let them know it wasn't working and delivered blankets after reception hours. "Nice older property and rooms. Staff is wonderful and the pools and breach area are good. My kids aged 15-19 had a great time. What I didn’t enjoy was that you must wait in line for the restaurant of your choice each night for 30-45 minutes to get seat right at 6 pm or you get a buzzer that will go off later which you will have 10 minutes to get your family or group down there. There is nothing else anywhere near this hotel so think you will have outside options. "
