There is no TV on the premises. That was a down side for us, but if you really want to relax and unplug, it's probably a plus for most people."

"Eating anything but the main buffet is kind of a pain unless you want to stand in line at 530pm everyday. Food not labeled properly for dietary restrictions. No understanding of vegan restrictions. Only wine and beer with all meals, no cocktails in restaurants or buffet. The road to the resort is long and in terrible condition. If you leave the resort you will get stuck in major traffic…like hours waiting. The hotel app didn’t even have our entire section of the hotel on it, no map...

"Highly recommend this place especially for anyone who is celiac and especially for kids who are celiac. Staff were super friendly & helpful, excellent food, lots of activities on the go, fun water slides only a 5 min walk from the resort. My daughter is 9 and is celiac. When checking in I told them about her "gluten allergy", they immediately gave us a paper where any allergies are documented and our room number and told us to take it to any restaurant we ate at.
