"The property is clean and located mere steps from the Palisades Tahoe village and the Tram building (and also close to the bottom of the WaSheShu lift I think). Convenient parking for one vehicle per room in the adjacent garage. Staff was friendly and helpful, though maybe a little slow on checking people in that night. Some parts of the property were undergoing renovation during my stay, so I gave the Property Condition only 4 out of five stars."

Clean and solid amount of accommodations in terms of a well stocked kitchen, easy parking, large selection of TV channels, comfortable couches/living room area, warm water, functioning heating unit etc. Only nitpick is was hard to locate at night due to non lit signage. Would have appreciated better signage and/or direction on where cottage was (ie across the street from the main beach facing cottages) "
