Friendly staff, great location. Rustic themed decor, basic but comfortable. Paid surge pricing for the holidays and cannot get over the price vs service factor but that is to be expected.

Gun lobby area with board games, beer and wine. Superb snow clearance after nearly a foot of snowfall. Very walkable to everything Tahoe City offers, lake, coffee, restaurants, hiking and snowshoeing right out the back.
