"The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The orchid garden is peaceful and sublime. The absolute best thing about the hotel is the staff. Everyone from check in, Jose and Claudia, to check out was fantastic. Housekeeping was excellent with superb attention to detail, the wait staff were patient and knowledgeable and the beach staff was accommodating and friendly. The night security guard even got cushions for us so we could stargaze in comfort! It was a wonderful visit for me and my elderly parents....

"This resort if very well maintained. The staff were very welcoming and courteous. The food and variety was good. I didn't get to experience any of the restaurants (they filled up quickly) but the buffet was adequate with plenty of options and the coffee shop was excellent. The toaster and the panini maker were broken. They should have backups in place. The food options by the beach was adequate. One day they had a BBQ and it was delicious. Drinks were adequate. "First my flight was changed, then my hotel was hanged a week before leaving. U was told I would get an upgrade and git a downgrade! This hotel was very strict and didn't allow you to even put music. The rooms were not ready at arrival. The air conditioning was broke as well as other appliances. If you would if not selected this horrible hotel. Me and my 2 boys would not have this horrible accident. This was my boys first time traveling and you ruined it for them! This was a the worst experience...
