"Ocean view was covered with trees, more like front view. No special greetings upon arrival for ex: drink warm hand towel. no mojito available in any of the bars. Room was not ready at check in, So lost an hour. The faucet in the bathroom was loose. Steps going the beach are to high. No late snack .not enough seats so it was like waiting for people to leave to get sit Positive note: super cleaned area staff are helpful when asked for info, Love the night club. Food was excellent. Staff in the buffet were attentive. Room was not musty. "
