"I stay in the VIP area l pay extra. I always when l visited the hotel l stay in VIP because l love the beach area the beds the chairs bye the beach and the service of the workers in the bars area . But this time l have to say it’s wasn’t good we did not get a good service we had to go up and get the drinks no one came around to ask . "Absolutely loved our stay! It was amazing, the staff were super nice and everything was great including service, food, drinks, entertainment. The only issue was some people were placing towels on the beach chairs overnight so that other people could not have turns using then while at the pool. Not an issue of the casa marina just a problem with people not being respectful. "
