"We upgraded to a wrap around suite and when we got to our room it was dirty hair and dirt on the entrance we notified them and they said someone would go up to clean no one ever showed up . Also parking is 50$ a day on top of your 45$ resort Fee daily just an fyi other than that nice place besides our dirty room 😭"

We eat out often and I cannot recall when we last had to send food back. The restaurant service was so bad. We had to ask for our coffee 3-4 times after the food arrived. "We love coming to Trump Doral with or without our dog. It is one of few places that is truly dog friendly. The staff is outstanding and the grounds and accommodations are beautiful. Everything is well-maintained and service has always been top-notch. I don't know how, but accidentally rated this property a low rating a few days ago - I wonder if my phone was in my pocket and the Expedia app was open or something. Definitely a 5 star stay every time we visit, which is multiple times a year. "

Took them to the water park, went to the spa & had the most amazing surprise… thanks a million to Turnberry for the most epic birthday upgrade to the penthouse suite! It was definitely a birthday we will never forget & are super grateful!
