"Excellent walk to everything and the price was super reasonable. Includes a boutique breakfast and beach towels! There is no early check-in or late-check out and the check-in process was a bit of a hassel, but overall great for the money :-) "

"Loved the pool. Loved the ease of beach access. Owner of the property was very responsive when asking for more towels etc. Room was decent as well very clean. The only thing that was minor is it's not really near any beach shops or anything like that. They have a couple shops in the hotel, but they are pretty pricey. Overall, we had a really good time.We stayed 6 nights. "

"I was expecting less since I didn’t like the good the google reviews. And honestly the room was exactly like in the picture or even better because the kitchen had utensils and was bigger than expected. Also the bathroom wasn’t bad and the hot water worked perfectly. I just would say that the mattress were kind of old and the building in general is but for what you pay it is pretty great. No complains, instead was surprisising that you can get groceries, have breakfast, lunch and dinner there so...

"Old building on Collins Ave. Not a luxury experience at all. It’s clean (meaning no roaches) and it’s on Collins Ave. Valet parking was good, the wait was not that bad. I might go back there for a solo trip. No way for a family trip. "

"A little confusing to find the office since the location on here is for the room not the office building but just look for signs that says where the office is located and it’s pretty easy. We were able to check our bags until we could check in. The room was clean and comfortable literally walked out the door and you were on the beach! Within walking distance of food and overall good experience "

"Didn’t like it that I only got 2 espressos for 3 nights. But the receptionist gave me 2 more on Sunday... Beautiful place. Will be back."
