"i actually remounted the door safety lock as it was barely held on by 1 screw. Used glue and toothpicks to reseat and secure the latch knob on the door side. Also, had to tighten the toilet seat to the bowl as it was quite loose and almost unusable. Seemed to be red wax on the wall behind the toilet. "

"Only sucky part was that check in is not before 3 despite what it says on expedia. Also, one of the house keepers didn’t want to give us extra towels, she said it’s only 2 per room and we had 3 people so are people expected to share? But overall an awesome experience, the front desk lady was awesome we loved her. Try some of the activities they tell you about!!"

"Great room right on the beach!! Room lacks in a few amenities but the view of the beach makes up for it. Bathroom has no shelves for belongings. There are no kleenex or papertowels eventhough there is a full kitchen. Staff for the most part is great! Check in staff is friendly and accomodating. Security staff is amazing! The lady at the breakfast area is excellent at her job. You better not grab more than one yogurt or you will get a scolding from her! Overall our stay was great due to the...

"This is a tight run ship here. It is very clean with honest house cleaners who make sure the floors never have that ick feeling. Lucia is very thoughtful, patient, honest and reliable and makes the check in process a breeze. She also ensures that there are no loud noises late so you can get the sleep you need."
