"The male receptionist who checked us in yesterday (we arrived around 5) and who then took our order for dinner later on was really impressive, so professional and friendly - I didn't catch his name but he should definitely be commended. All of the waiting staff were also very good. We picked the hotel purely for its location but were very pleased indeed with the hotel experience overall having not stayed at a Holiday Inn Express for many years. Thank you."

"My friend and I stayed here when visiting the Lee Valley Velodrome. The location was perfect. We were just a short walk away from the velodrome and so near to the shopping centre and various transport options. Our room was perfect and the facilities allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast in our room before heading out for the day.
