"The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

The bathroom was very spacious, well-suited for a wheelchair, but a bit spartanic in atmosphere. The view on the fields and horses was very relaxing and being away from the hustle of the Dorpsplain was very nice. The landlord and -lady were very welcoming and generous. "This property was clean as you would expect from a new build. We found that is was too small for a couple, and in my opinion this was not a studio but a very small room with very small kitchen. No where to relax after a long apart from a bed and a dinning chair. We have stayed at the apartment round the side of the arches and that is where we thought we had booked again as this apartment was excellent."

The manager called the day we were meant to check in to ask us to check in late which we did because they were on holiday or there was a staff shortage or someone was sick - I couldn't keep up with what the problem was.
