"Only met Paul briefly after arrival. Always very prompt responding to pre visit questions. Property itself very spacious, extremely quiet residential area yet on doorstep sightseeing attractions. I know very reasonable price for location but I do agree other reviews that property has so much potential if it had a bit of minor work done on it e.g repaint walls, tidy up courtyard area, various internal repairs. "The host was very communicative with the entire check-in and check-out process. Continuously went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The neighborhood is amazing and there is a nice restaurant close. The property was very quiet and well-maintained. The locals were super friendly and travel to Amsterdam Central was super easy. "We stayed here for 4 days while we visiting Amsterdam. It was perfect for our family of 3. The space is very comfortable and it was good to come back and relax after a day exploring the city. The neighborhood has lots of stores, restaurants, and is close to public transportation and parks. Would stay here again when we come back to visit."

"Great hotel - service was excellent for our 4 night stay. Hotel staff, especially all at the front desk are very pleasant and happy to assist. Location is perfect for getting around with the Central train station a 10 min easy walk away. Hotel is spotless, beds are very comfortable, and very quiet. The buffet breakfast is also great value and would recommend for some breakfasts. Great bike rental right across the street from the main entrance (highly recommend this mode of transportation) in Amsterdam! Overall 10/10 hotel with zero complaints! We will stay here again on our next visit. "
