"The vacation apartment was fine for our stay, but the lack of basic amenities like towels, toilet paper and soaps makes it difficult for guests from abroad to enjoy the experience. Luckily we had family nearby to get some basic stuff from, but you can’t expect to bring these things with you on the airplane. Having a bed linen package is great, but there should also be a package with other things. Otherwise the stay was nice, the apartment was comfortable and the surroundings very quiet. "

Bedsheets and bath towels were extra (had to make our own beds), we had to go out to buy toilet paper and dish detergent, stove was difficult to make it work, there was too much noise from other guests. The place has potential to be very nice, but they need to up their game."

It is everything and more than the photos and description can indicate. She even loaned me one of her bikes so I could go to an afternoon appointment nearby. "De basisvoorzieningen waren prima in orde. Het appartement beslaat 3 verdiepingen in een deel van een carré boerderij (nu alleen appartementen). Wij verbleven er met 5 personen en dat ging prima. De geadverteerde 8 lijkt ons wel een uitdaging. De foto in de advertentie is misleidend; die ruimte hebben we niet gezien. De omgeving is mooi om in te wandelen. Al met al een fijne tijd gehad."

"Great apartment, comfortable beds, air conditioning was very welcome! Right near the train station which is convenient and you don't hear any noise from the trains at all. Kitchen is basic but had everything you need for simple making simple meals. We will definitely come back if we visit Maastricht again!"
