The rooms were well appointed with thoughtful things for travelers including, hair irons and tools, converter plugs and chargers. The staff sent over cava for the adults and cookies for the kiddo! "We had a great stay at Arenal Suites (2 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child). The unit was clean and the staff was super friendly. The unit was stocked with everything we needed. Almost Everywhere was walkable. When we did need to get around outside of the city, we used Uber. We were there Easter week, and the city was a little noisy, but nothing that ruined our stay. We felt very safe while visiting and had an amazing time! Communication was super easy with WhatsApp. The only thing I would note...

"We had a great one night stay. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Coffee, and a really cool neighborhood with lots of restaurants and tattoo shops which we loved! The staff were very friendly and welcoming and it was exactly what we needed for 1 night! It was about a 20min walk from Atocha train station and just under a 30min Uber to the airport. Definitely recommend! "

"Extremely pleased. Room decor, lighting, tables, nooks, bedding and space ( I got the Superior room) were just perfect. I took ample time researching for a hotel and this was one worth the effort. Perfect location for what i wanted. Lots of great activity around...but the coziness, quality and sound proofing nature of the room made it such a great get away at night. I did have one of the rooms with a balcony overlooking the indoor courtyard...which i ended up loving more than a street...
