"2nd trip to Shasta and stayed in the Whitney Cottage again. Everything is so homey and the cottage has everything you will need for a wonderful and comfortable stay. The host is awesome and is very quick to respond if you have a question. There is a wonderful notebook there with information on anything you might want to do in Shasta. The hiking information is particularly comprehensive. I'll definitely be back."

"The Angler Lodge was a great find for our family! We are a family of 5 and every kid had their own bed! --One king, one twin, and twin bunks. We had the 2 bedroom suite. The room was clean, even in places where I'd expect to find dust. The beds were comfortable and the pillows and comforters were fluffy. Heater worked very well. Check in was a breeze! Noncontact. "Preston, who checked us in was incredibly friendly and efficient. The hotel is in a very pretty location however, it’s a little bit of a rundown hotel at this point. The back door did not work with a key card. Breakfast area is small but efficient it was a good enough place to stay for one night, but I would not stay there for more than a night"
