"The location is perfect seated near Central strip, but far enough back to clear the noise. The condo is clean and roomy enough for a family with amenities to match. "This was a great vacation rental! There were a couple minor issues that I believe will be fixed. The location is great, but if you are traveling during the on-season, you probably won’t have any parking. The pool and access to Croc’s was fantastic! We didn’t hear other people in the complex other than some construction during the day. The service was great and overall I highly reccomend!"

"Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "
