"The property was very clean and the home layout was perfect for our family of 6 adults. AC in every room made it super comfortable. The plunge pool in the backyard was nice, but we didn't use it much since the larger community pool was just steps away -- we used that a ton since it had lots of space and wasn't too crowded. From the house to the gates was about a 5 minute walk, and then an additional 12-15 minute walk to the center of Jaco -- but Uber's were also super easy to get. I'd recommend...

"We can’t tell you loud enough that this place and the VRBO adid is way understated. It’s clean, organized, has everything, close to the beach (world class surfing), amazing pool, (YoYo’s restaurant is unreal), secure, best neighbors, close restaurants, should I go on?? "WOW. What an amazing place. We had a smaller group due to some last-minute cancellations but this house could easily sleep 30 people. It’s HUGE and the location is unbeatable. "Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "
