"The house is great and well equipped. We stayed for a month and all we could need was there. Foldable chairs on the property for the beach as well as pool floaties. The location is up quite a large hill from the beach and has stairs to the pool so not appropriate for someone with a mobility issue. There is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance.Owner and property manager are great and respond immediately. "

We were impressed with all the built-ins and the sturdiness of the house. The ACs were efficient and each person could set their optimum temperatures in their bedroom. "You can't miss with this beautifully appointed Condo on South Jaco. We came with family and friends for mostly a surfing trip but did many other adventures as well. There are so many close amenities that are just a short walk away....restaurants...grocery....beach. The Condo is extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. This is pretty much a 5-Star resort for you and your friends. Bonus...a lap pool. We are already planning our return."

"Solitude and sun with all the necessities. Absolutely loved this place. The grounds were fantastic, enjoyed the pool daily, and opted to stay in the pool house because of the outdoor shower. I wish i could have stayed here longer. Felt secluded enough but the beach and restaurants either a short walk or quick drive away. If i had to give anything negative and this is a stretch the water could have been hotter for the showers. "

"The house was the perfect size for 12 of us. Mellisa was wonderful. She decorated the house for my niece's birthday when we arrived and had the house full of groceries fror us and a special treat. She also set up the chefs who were awesome. Small problems that didn't bother us to much were the toilet didn't work in the guess house, every shower in the main house had temperature differences, some had no hot water, some had no cold water. The pool bathroom didn't work, the jets in the hot tub...

"We loved your home. It had all of the amenities we wanted -- 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with incredible ocean views and a pool! We were very close to the wonderful Playa Blanca, which we spent every day at. My college-age children loved it and so did my wife and I. We ended every day with a movie on the living room's large screen tv. Olga was available whenever we had a question. We highly recommend this house!"

"We spend our Christmas holiday here as a family (my husband's parents, my brother in law/sis in law and nephew, and myself, husband and 6 year old twins) and had an absolute blast. The house was absolutely perfect for us with plenty of space, comfortable rooms and quiet places if you wanted solo time away. Also a plus was that my inlaws could use the first floor bedroom/bath so they didn't have to use the stairs. Roberto was an amazing and helpful host, who got in touch with me shortly after...
