The pool was the perfect size for our family of four with two teen boys and there was more than enough room. There are several security checkpoints in the community. "You can't miss with this beautifully appointed Condo on South Jaco. We came with family and friends for mostly a surfing trip but did many other adventures as well. There are so many close amenities that are just a short walk away....restaurants...grocery....beach. The Condo is extremely well appointed with everything you need and more. This is pretty much a 5-Star resort for you and your friends. Bonus...a lap pool. We are already planning our return."

"Amazing house a very short walk to the beach. In a small gated community with community pool and very cute little swim up bar/restaurant with great vibes. The community pool was a huge bonus travelling with kids. Ocean great for surfing but known to have rip currents. We boogie boarded and waded around with kids aged 10-16. "The house was the perfect size for 12 of us. Mellisa was wonderful. She decorated the house for my niece's birthday when we arrived and had the house full of groceries fror us and a special treat. She also set up the chefs who were awesome. Small problems that didn't bother us to much were the toilet didn't work in the guess house, every shower in the main house had temperature differences, some had no hot water, some had no cold water. The pool bathroom didn't work, the jets in the hot tub...
