"Trip was wonderful and this is not our first trip, but one of many. The condo was beautifully furnished and the kitchen, well equipped. The location is so conveniently located in Jaco. Its an easy walk to groceries, shopping and restauranrs. We love this location and feel very safe. "The moment we walked into the condo we were met with a heinous odor that filled the entire place. It took days for the smell to go away with airing it out and using air fresheners. The smell was seemingly coming from the washer/dryer area which made them unusable, the odor was seriously making us gag (we will come back to this). "The condo is in a nice building but Vacasa did not fix issue we had with no internet and no TV despite my emails, texts and phone call to property manager (number was not active that i had been given). This condo is built for tall people. The bottom cabinet is over 5 feet high so i couldnt reach the dishes and no step stool to be found. Microwave is too high up also. No vent on the dryer so room turned into a sauna when drying clothes. Toilet in master bathroom was broken so had to keep fixing...

"Property exceeded expectations. The property managers were fantastic. They were available to help and quick to respond to each concern. They also helped us plan activities to make our stay even better. The location had a wonderful view and access to several pools. It was inside Los Sueños resort which felt very comfortable but also a sort drive or walk to great local places to eat and shop. We had a daily drive to a local panadería for amazing baked goods for cheap. We highly recommend this...

"First off Diego is the best. He goes that extra mile to ensure you are looked after and is always available during your stay for anything that might come up. The property was awesome, clean, spacious and has everything you need for an outstanding stay. The pool is a perfect way to relax and beat the heat. The security is very feiendly. "This was a great stay. The pools are beautiful and warm, comfortable rooms, the beach is great for boogie boarding or surfing (bought a boogie board for $8USD at Maxi Pali). The beds could have better mattresses, but there were lots of details that show a caring owner, from beautiful shampoo and conditioner, a well stocked kitchen, and a brand new sponge for dishes. This was our most comfortable stay for our family of 5 in two weeks of traveling with several accommodations. The A/C was great....

"I've never been so pleased by a reservation I've made until I checked into this one. I am assuming this condominium is fairly new and it shows. Amazing location to the beach and to the main strip. Fully furnished to include the most essential piece, a coffee maker! If and when I come back to Jaco, ill def be staying here again."

"This place was beyond beautiful and the balcony is very private. Great beach right in front and walkable to good restaurants. We even saw turtle tracks in the sand in front of the condo and had the most amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds and nice showers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"This property was amazing and the photos did not do the property justice. The property manager was difficult to contact, but The Palms resort personnel were excellent to work with along with Vacasa Rentals. You have access to the neighboring resort, and that is spectacular as well. We will definitely be coming back here!"

"Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room.
