"Brilliant location, right by Ufizzi. Staff very helpful, only downside was iffy WiFi. We cooked one night in the little kitchen which was perfectly adequate. I loved the stove top coffee maker and generously provided espresso coffee. Clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again. "

"The view to the Duomo is incredible. I stayed during Christmas and New Years. There were a lot of tourists even though it is off season. There is a lot of Italian merry making in the wee hours. This did not bother me since most of the time it was happy noise. I already miss the sounds of horse hooves on cobblestone, churchbells and opera man. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowlegeble. Special kudos to Marcel and Gilles. Everyone there works very hard for you to have a nice stay."

"Very friendly staff/owner who put themself out yo do anything. Nice option to have a small sitting room and kitchen to make drinks, including croissants and wine in the fridge. Room was very well furnished. Only six rooms up on the fourth floor of old building. Do not be put off by the initial approach and small lift! "

"The room was rather charming but a little less than clean. The fellow who met us was quite nice. On the downside they didn’t restock the coffee and some things were either broken or not working. Also beware of overcharging at the restaurant beside the rooms. "

"A very nice "on the budget" option that is close to both the train stations and all the major attractions. The staff is nice and generally responsive. The only problem we had was related to the general condition of the property. While the room itself was clean, there was a terrible smell coming from the shower stall (which was masked initially by a huge amount of air freshener spray). When we informed the staff of this problem, they called a plumber, who said the said it was a major problem...
