"Room wasn’t ready at 3:00. Waited 20 minutes. First key would not work. Receptionist only gave us one key initially. Had to ask for a 2nd key. Very loud construction above our room. No notice had been given to me when booking room. I did not need to sleep that afternoon but it would have been impossible. Overall room was nice although the bed was sideways to the tv. Breakfast is very good. "

"We have stayed here before. The lobby was decorated and looked lovely. The front desk staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was street-side and it was a bit noisy. The room is spacious. The bathroom shower and tub are adequate. The elevators and hallways were a little unkempt. We had no problem with parking space in the lot. Again, we are generally pleased with the hotel.
