"I’ve stayed at this property many many times because of its proximity to downtown Modesto and all the restaurants and fun activities. They also have a nice pool. During the day it’s very walkable everywhere however at night there is a homeless problem around. That being said, the property itself is very clean and the staff is excellent. Breakfast is excellent as well and parking is free"

"They never got my payment from hotels.com then tried to make me pay again with them at the front desk . Had hotes call them to confirm but ended up getting a refund and then. I have to pack up call for a ride book anther hotel check in and unpack again and it was 11 o’clock at night . "

"Very helpful staff. 1st room, wasn't smoke free like asked for. They changed it very nicely with no issues. Didn't feel/look like the safest area, but we only were really there to sleep. Nice restaurant next door and around us. Room was comfortable and a big space. Nice hot powerful shower. Freezer worked VERY well"
