"This is a very old building but not in too bad shape. You have a great view of the ocean and Christ the King. The place was drafty and you only have two plug in heaters. Bring your own washcloths. This place is also very close walking distance to shops and restaurants. Overall not bad."

"The property was in a great location but please note that they give you different properties from the pictures. The apartment was nice and spacious. It did get very hot throughout the property. I paid upfront on Expedia and they then requested more money on arrival which I assumed was the deposit. It then turned out they thought I hadn't already paid on Expedia so be wary of this.
