"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel a lot. We went for new year and the hotel was right near the park where the Lisbon winter wonderland was so it was an easy walk to that. It was also an easy walk to the city centre. The area is quite hilly but we were fine with our grippy shoes. We often spent time in the evening at the bar with some wine and port too. Although we didn’t eat, the food looked lovely from what we saw others eating. Our room was lovely. Nice and spacious. Relatively clean. "

"The room was as promised and gorgeous. The beds were super comfortable. All the staff : Laila, Antonio and Sonia and others went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Antonio helped me personally with train schedules and bookinngs. Brekfast was continental but high quality andd varied. The only negative about the property was the entrance as it was always hard to find the lights in the dark and the appearance of the building entrance does not do justice to the excellent...

"It was a great apartment and we enjoyed staying there. What isn't clear was that the address that is given is not where you might be staying and there was no signage to indicate that we should ring the bell on the first floor. A sign on the first floor door would have been very helpful. The staff were great though. Also, visitors from Canada won't have cell service and have to rely on wifi so it is impossible to call from the street corner."

"The apartment wasn't well cleaned and there were many details that were problematic. There was mold all throughout the bathroom that was easily cleaned off the tiles but they didn't bother. One of the mattresses was almost unusable. There was room for 6 adults but only one set of keys offered for everyone. The place needs a makeover. The staff were kind but that didn't overshadow the poor space. The main access door was never shut to secure the building. And upon arrival we were charged an extra...
