"Service and restaurants were top notch. Beautiful grounds kept in excellent condition. In some respects , service / cover charge for everything was a bit much . Umbrella cost for the beach I felt should not have a separate charge of$32.00 !! So in some cases , excessive costs , were a bit much "

"I stayed at the Palms for four nights at the end of February. As a woman traveling alone, I was worried about feeling safe but I was very comfortable and at ease at this hotel. I appreciated the Front Desk staff and also the attention that my room got from housekeeping. Many hotels do not provide daily housekeeping services anymore, but the Palms does. "It was amazing. Clean, good food, upscale, amenities, and I got a great deal. Note, the building is surrounded by skyscrapers - so if you’re coming to tan just know Grayson does not get as much sunlight as other buildings might."

"This was a quick overnight stay before a flight. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was goof. Room was clean and updated. Just an FYI-his hotel does not have an elevator, but they do have rooms on the main level. Easy walk to dinner. Shuttle was not available until 6am, so we had to Uber to airport. Good value."
