"the property was beautiful! The staff was amazing! Beach access was great! The staff at the beach were top notch! The only complaint i have at all is we couldnt seem to get our room serviced. But part of that was on us. Anytime we needed anything they would provide. "

"Our room wasn't ready upon arrival. The gentleman checked us in and we asked him to call when it was. Checked again about a half hour later and our room was available but no one notified us. We were just hanging out in the lobby waiting. Other than that, great location."

"This is my 2nd experience at the hotel and the staff was just as helpful and friendly as before. The room was comfy and the bed held me hostage so i didn't wanna wake up early. The sheets were soft and the bathroom was clean and spacious. My only complaint is that the elevator door closing sounds terrifying, but that's understandable as they are doing construction, so I'm sure that rattling would be fixed soon. It was a great place to stay. "
