"I enjoyed my stay in this lovely, well-appointed apartment. Being able to walk to all the restaurants, cafes and shops of Uptown Kingston was a wonderful experience. Despite all the surrounding activity, the apartment is on a nice quiet street. Andrea provided some nice touches to make me feel most welcome. "Our family enjoyed our time at the property- it was a great place for us all to gather. The property managers were incredibly helpful and responsive to the few things that needed attention during our stay. The pool area is the shining star of this home. You can expect the house/ furnishings to be in mostly good shape and as photographed-. The layout of the bedrooms/ shared bathrooms did surprise us a bit despite careful review of photos and listing video tour. Overall great stay!"

"This is a beautiful mid century modern house! The windows in the main room are huge and really fill the room with light, and the couch is large and comfortable. The whole space was very clean, the bathrooms had everything we needed, and the office provided a nice private place to take a zoom meeting or two. Comfortable beds, a pretty three season porch, and it was a perfect relaxing retreat for two teachers looking for peace and quiet on their spring break."

"Everything was ideal for our Thanksgiving get together. Setting and views were perfect, made even more so with a timely blanket of fresh snow. An amazing amount of cooking provisions allowed us to cook as if we were in our own kitchen. Lots of options for keeping a large group entertained, and sleeping accomodations that pleased everyone. Host was very helpful with check-in communications and gracious with check in and out times without other bookings adjacent to ours. All in all a very special...

"We had a great time staying here. This house was perfect for our group, with plenty of space for an even larger group. We had two couples and two teenagers. It was nice having two master suites, so each couple had a spacious bedroom with their own full bath. Each of the teenagers had their own bedroom upstairs, and a full bath to share.
