"Loved the location of this historic property. We stopped here on our way to Maine. Remote checkin was easy and owners were very responsive.It was an easy walk to dinner and a cute little downtown. The room(s) were comfy and very clean. Bonus points for everything needed to make coffee and a refrigerator. "We have stayed here many times. Always low key, clean and cozy. Trains go by infrequently at night. Hasn’t been disruptive. We like to stay after going to show at Darryl’s house. "

"This little garden house just through the greenhouse was perfect for my husband & I. We stayed for 2 nights to attend a concert @ Ulster Performing Arts Center. Comfy furniture & well-stocked with towels, bedding, dishes, utensils, etc. We used the hot tub one night as well, which was really nice. "

"Peter and Julie are excellent host with a lot of nice recommendations to the area. The room was smaller than I originally thought, but it was extremely cozy and warm with all the nice amenities inside. We loved all the nice decoration and historical feeling the room has to offer. Will definitely consider it again when we plan to visit Kingston."
