"My husband and I stayed here to relax, rejuvenate, and celebrate his birthday. We had a wonderful time! He really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while listening to the sound of the creek. Our dog, Gambit, loved laying near the pellet stove to warm up on those cold nights. The hosts were/are wonderful and are very attentive and responsive! They have small touches here and there that really make the stay special (like the dog bowls and treats). We are already looking forward to our next stay...

"This cottage is gorgeously renovated,fully equipped, and meticulously maintained--sitting above the Hudson River with spectacular unobstructed views. A bald eagle perched itself on a branch directly in front of us when we arrived.We saw countless otherbirds of prey and other birds during our visit. We will return."

The lakefront location on a quiet cove was ideal, with numerous opportunities for fishing, swimming, kayaking, etc. All equipment for enjoying these activities was in excellent shape. The neighborhood was very scenic and ideal for short walks."

"I have wanted to stay in one of these vintage vacation cottages for years. We happened to see this listing for an upcoming trip to West Point. I highly recommend staying here. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. The only slight issue was finding the driveway to property and the road noise. A sound machine was provided and it was useful. We had a great stay here."
