"My family and I have had the opportunity to travel often. We've stayed at various hotels. Given the location, this hotel means well (aestheticaly pleasing), however could be better. Food: Free continental breakfast (eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, cereal, coffee/tea, fruit, breads, etc.). Theres also a Manager's Reception in the evening. The drinks are made with cheap liquor and they serve snacks (chips, vegetables). Rooms: Very small "suites". The beds are hard and the pillows flatten out...

"I thought the room was nice but I did have an issue trying to get the tub spout diverter raised to divert water to the shower head.It took me several attempts as I believe there were mineral deposits on the stem of the diverter that had caused it to be stuck in place. I also noticed that the plumbing is not secured effectively behind the shower head as I was able to pull the shower head and piping forward which should not be possible if it were securely clamped to the studs behind the wall. "i reserved a room with 2 beds since October. we get there on 10/6 and no room avail w/2 beds as requested, was told it wld be avail next day. i was given a room with one bed, only 2 pillows, only 1 bath towel, non working refrigerator and non working remote to TV. it was the awful. complained to front desk, was given another dirty room with 1 bed, non working remote, no comforter on bed(only a sheet), one bath towel. next morning was told no rooms avail with 2 beds!!!! cancelled the rest of the reservation(2 nites) and was given a credit for $100 check in deposit. this was definitely the worst hotel i have stayed at and will NEVER stay there again nor recommend it to anyone!"
