"The staff were pleasant and helpful. I didn't realize this location was next to a hospital, where homeless tend to gather, so I was a little concerned walking back and forth to my car at night or early morning, but it was fine. You also have to pay for parking, I must not have read that in the description. The room was clean, as was the elevator and halls, common area, etc. I have 4 stars because of the homeless outside when I arrived, the hall I was on was noisy, and the pillows were lumpy....

"There seems to be some kind of remodeling going on. It has a slight impact on parking. The stairs really need to have lighting. Each step should have a light. It would be very easy to miss a step and get hurt."

"Very friendly staff, room was a bit stuffy but overall nice. The washrooms were a little frightening, stained and cracked bathtub and very small. Bed was super comfortable."
