"We loved our stay! The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were perfect after a day of hiking! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we had was set up a little different. The bathroom was extra small & the sink was in the bedroom basically. This was in the Sedona building. We would definitely stay again but pay closer attention to the layout of the room. "

"This was pretty much my favorite place to stay our of all the hotels I stayed at on this 12 day vacation. If I were staying in the Phoenix area longer, I would definitely recommend it. The front desk staff is very nice. I do not remember the young blond petite woman's name, but she was very nice and answered all of my questions. The room was remodeled and a nice room to stay in. The shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were nice. The room did not really have a view, but we were only staying there for one night and it was close to the airport. We stayed on the 4th floor, but if you want a balcony you should stay on floor 2 or 3 and ask for a courtyard view. There is a pool in the courtyard area and floor rooms that have direct access to this area. We did go into the pool, which was pleasant as was the hot tub (although it could maybe be 2 degrees warmer). There is a nice outdoor fireplace to help you dry off and keep you warm afterwards. The ambiance of the pool area is very nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant inside the hotel, which was pretty good. There were not a lot of options, but it was tasty, We had the nachos for an appetizer, which was excellent. The green chile chicken rice bowl was tasty too. My husband had the tacos and my son had the burger which they said were good. The chocolate cake was pretty good too. Overall, I would recommend this as a great place to stay."

"Very clean room and comfortable bed. Two comments no dresser and air conditioner very noisy we were lucky that we cooled the room down at night before bed and could shut off system overnight other wise it would have been to loud to sleep."
