"Excellent experience. From check in to check out everyone was so very welcoming and accommodating. Pearla is awesome, she is the perfect example of great customer service. "It was a very nice hotel in a good area of Phoenix. We were in an accessible room, therefore the bed was low but very soft & lumpy. The sheer curtains were very dirty! Monday afternoon a homeless person was in the lobby/eating area for a good 15 minutes walking around inside. It was very rare a check-in person was up front. A maintenance person walked in & saw the homeless man. He finally escorted him out. "

"I had a great stay at this property. The property manager was extremely communicative and helpful and answered all my questions in a very timely manner.
